What should you do when an old bank "out East", which is in a bad state, comes up for sale? Buy it and transform it into a restaurant. Fill it with local Caribbean and Creole flavours, give it a name that is a bit outlandish, like Madfish Grill and open it up as the first mom-and-pop fish restaurant in your neighborhood.
Over two decades later, our eclectic eatery has evolved and we are thrilled to please the palates of regulars and newbies alike. You may have helped us re-create some of our most popular dishes. We take your suggestions seriously and enjoy a menu change from time to time.
